Under normal circumstances, most jobs can
be completed in 1-2 days.
How much does the average project
cost?
Obviously, the bigger the project the
more expensive the project will be. Our
arbors and patio covers are priced by the
square foot plus any additional upgrades.
Fence prices depend upon the style you
choose, the height of the fence and the
running feet (lineal footage).
Are you insured?
Absolutely. We are a fully insured home
improvement company based in Castro Valley,
CA. We carry workers compensation insurance
on all of our employees as well.
Do you use sub-contractors?
No. All of our installers are employees
of Golden Gate Enterprises (something you
will not find with many other home
improvement businesses). This allows us to
manage the project in-house from start to
finish, assuring the homeowner the utmost in
quality and craftsmanship. Most construction
companies use sub-contractors, which equates
to ‘sub-par' craftsmanship.
